Commission System
Purpose: Track commissions for sales reps, CPAs, and accountants. Auto-calculated when claims reach payment stages.
Rates: Sales rep (15%), CPA (10%), accountant (5%) of client fee. Platform gets agent net (remainder). Configurable via Application Settings.
Status: Projected → Confirmed → Pending Payment → Paid. MTD/YTD stats show earnings by period.
Service: CommissionCreationService handles calculation and JSONB line items.
