Members include: Admin (full access), Agent (QC/verification), Operations Manager (business ops), Claims CPA (Tax Credit Claims), Claims Accountants (Tax Credit Claims), Marketer (campaigns/analytics), and Loan Officer (lending). Unlike ISOs, restaurants, or CPA firms, this org does not participate in claims or tax workflows - it manages them.
